Since Google is bidding on the 700Mhz spectrum from the government, what do you think of the prospect of the "Gphone"?

I was not aware that Google was buying 700MHz ranges. It would be interesting to see them do this, but with the deals they have with existing carriers, I bet AT&T, Verizon, etc would not want to carry Android phones if they were manufactured by a service competitor. Google does like having a hand in everything though, so time will tell. I'd LOL if they called it "SkyNet Wireless"
