“Superhero Movie” was very funny for the first half. They packed the beginning with hilarious scenarios and clever lines. You may want to bring a good book and a book light for the second part.

Rick Riker appears to be your typical High school student, not a huge dork and not cool, so he pretty much goes unnoticed. Except when the bf of the girl next door, feels like pushing him around. BTW Rick as a boy pretty much kills his parents from acts of his own stupidity which seems to have transcended into his daily life. On a school trip he encounters a multitude of animals dry humping him, most importantly a dragonfly penetrates his jugular and realizes he has super powers.

“Superhero Movie” was stupidity for the most part. However it has several very funny scenes. Leslie Nielsen is part of the cast so you have an idea what humor this flick contains. If you enjoyed the “Naked Gun” movies, “2001: A Space Travesty,” “Scary Movie” 1-4 and “Police Academy,” then you will laugh pretty hard at this one!
