“Enchanted” was surprisingly funny with great animation, excellent
acting and choreography. The ending was a bit ridiculous, but kids
don’t know that!
Giselle and Prince Edward seemed
destined to meet, get married, and
live happily ever after, pause...not!
Queen Narissa, Edward’s mother
made sure she would not lose her
throne to the sweet and oblivious
Giselle. So she pushed her down
a well which terminated through
a manhole in Times Square. That’s
when the fun begins. By chance,
Robert Philip and his daughter
Morgan cross paths with Princess
Giselle. Robert, a typical New Yorker
regrets helping this beautiful and insane girl from where he has no
idea, but soon he realizes there’s more to her than he
has ever imagined. Further, Giselle realizes there’s more to
life than singing and rainbows!
“Enchanted” although for kids is very funny for adults too. This
animation/film makes fun of life’s clichés in a unique and magical
way. I think this one will save Christmas this year. Hopefully
everyone will forget that they saw “Fred Claus.” “If you enjoyed
“Ratatouille” and “The Little Mermaid” you will definitely enjoy
this flick!
