In all realms of life it takes courage to stretch your limits, express your power, and fulfill your potential…Courage is an integral part of the human experience and is a necessary entity that we must embrace in order to move along the journey of life. From the most mundane to a huge life altering experience, it takes courage to go through whatever life brings our way.

We must embrace courage whenever times are rough as well as when change in needed in our lives whether it is positive or negative. Sometimes courage is not easy to embrace and we must find the power within ourselves to grab it and hold on to it. Courage is the opposite of fear and does not like to be in its company—as a matter of fact they battle each other constantly. We must be strong, think positive and fight fear with courage daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. For fear is the root of all things negative.

May 2006 be a year of courage which brings about change and growth. May we grow and change more into the people and roles that we wish to become and obtain. Fear no more, have the courage to go on with your journey called life.
