This is because you are
running a resolution lower than 1024 by 768. This will cause Long
Island Economy's website to appear distorted and it will not fit your
screen properly. You may fix this by adjusting your settings with
your operating system's screen/video resolution, or you might have to
upgrade your computer if you cannot do option 1. |

How come when I click on a link, nothing
happens? |
A:
This could be cause by a variety of factors.

Area Networked Website. This means that Long Island Economy is
exclusively for Long Islander's and LI business. Our goal here is
to bring you everything on Long Island into one searchable database of
information that can be accessed from any computer. In the long
term, LI Economy wants to promote and boost local economy by helping
businesses connect and communicate with consumers that would otherwise
be difficult to do, given the hectic schedules LI'ers have nowadays.

How do I link my business or company to Long
Island Economy? |
A:
Good question; if you wish to
advertise on Long Island Economy, you have a
few choices. One of those choices is that you can pay a fee and
advertise on our homepage website as a affiliate with a picture banner,
or you can join the business directory and have your business
searchable in our database. You can also use our online
classifieds
system for free, and you may post as many times you wish and you can
upload a picture as well.

How do I Register for an account on the
Classifieds? |

A:
Another very good question; if you are
trying to register for an account on the Long Island Economy Classifieds
service first you must read our Terms of Service
then you can register by clicking
here. Once you have registered for an account you must Log
onto our system, and then in order to submit an ad you must click on the
"Submit Ad" link located above the actual classifieds.
When you log into the system, you will be given
more user options.
One of those new options is at the end of the green arrow, that is where
you click to submit your own ad. |
