I posted on a Facebook page I belong to asking where I could take the unit to get fixed. Joe responded to my post within minutes and told me it was something he could do. I brought it over to him and within a few hours he had notified me telling me it was working again. Funny part was, my son didn't stuff cd's in there.. it was actually a piece of metal!! Joe had taken the whole Xbox one unit apart, removed the piece of metal and put it back together again actually making a YouTube video of the whole thing which was really interesting to watch! Thank you so very much for fixing our Xbox. Joe was very reasonable in price, professional and knowledgeable. Will use again if we ever have another issue and will recommend to others.

When my laptop crashed I was devastated. I called Joe and received some reassurance that he might be able to rise it from the ashes. In no time at all, he repaired the machine, salvaged the data and had it working as good as new. All this and for a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely call Joe again. It is difficult to find an honest guy in this business but I have with Joe.

We met Joeteck by accident but I'm very happy we did. My small business was experiencing a main frame crash one day and our current IT service was no where to be found. A main frame crash for a small business can be crippling to your business.
By chance our manager mentioned this issue to Joe's wife who was a friend of hers. She in turn mentioned it to Joe who contacted our manager to see if he could help. Within 30 min Joe was there to offer assistance. We accepted his help out of necessity at the time, but soon discovered our IT support staff of the future. Without knowing our systems and our hardware configurations he had us up and running with 2-3 hours.
After spending time with Joe and seeing how he deals with people, issues and his attention to service we canceled our contract with our former IT support service and converted to Joeteck. I have since recommended him to several others and will continue to do so. Thanks Joeteck!
