I started with ilovekickboxing as a groupon. My first experience was exhausting and fun. I had trouble with my left and right and following instruction. A few of the classes I attended with my mother in law. The instructors were welcoming and understanding. There are no judgements. People of all shapes, sizes and conditions are there working together for the hopes to get fit and have fun, maybe even make friends in the meantime. The ilovekickboxing program is geared towards motivation, progress and stamina. The program holds us to our own goals and recognizes our achievements. After the workouts, I feel emotionally and physically fresh, like I sweated out my impurities. I feel strong and accomplished, like I can take on the day. Every day I am off, I look forward to attending class and seeing the faces that have changed the way I think and feel about myself. I recommend this program to everyone I talk to about it, from family, friends to coworkers.
