Spanning nearly three decades of travel expertise, Donald Raad has established himself as a travel guru. Through networking and building relationships, Raad has not only survived, but thrived in the travel business. ​Currently based out of the Omni Building in Uniondale, New York, MSW Travel Group has been operating on Long Island since 1991. ​A Mineola native, Don began his career in 1976 with Avis Rent-A-Car. In 1982, he worked at American Airlines where he was promoted to oversee Travel Agency Sales out of New York City with responsibility toward promoting convention and company meeting services. Effective 2005, Don has taken over complete control of MSW Travel Group and has networked associations with American Marketing Group, TWIN a worldwide network of Independent Travel Agency owners and a billion dollar giant in the travel industry, Ovation Travel Group. This networking has allowed MSW Travel Group to market worldwide and serve MSW's global customers with complete travel management services, including corporate and leisure travel. In adhering to the meaning of MSW's acronym for "Managing Services Worldwide," Don's company mission statement is to "empower our employees to meet the travel needs of our clients throughout the global marketplace."
